Do not go to this WKCCT outlet in Plaza OUG!
Had a very disappointing lunch experience there last week. Was there with my family of 10 and we sat down and ordered our food and drinks. After 15 minutes, they started to serve us food - and 5 out of 10 were wrong orders! We questioned the waiters, they just shrugged. And we had to wait another 15 minutes before we were served with the food we ordered, but they left out 2 dishes.
We complained to the captain, she said we will have to wait until the rest of the customers are served, before they can began to prepare our order!
I am simply disgusted with their service and will never never return to this shop every again!
