This is one of my favorite place for me to release my tension, stress, pressure or whatever you wish to call it. The design of the spot is nice and suit the name “Red Box” well. The microphone and everything inside the rooms are well taken care of. So far there hasn’t been any faulty equipments encountered. There are a wide range of room types, sizes or purposes. Let’s say if you wanna have a birthday party with a group of 30 persons, and they will allow you to have a huge room to accommodate the amount of person and a toilet inside the room for the ease of the people without having to go outside and all the way to the toilet.
The downside of the karaoke is that the staffs need to have a better judgment of which room is suitable for which. Let’s say if we have a group of 7 friends and without telling the staff what room do we need, they will simply assign us a room and there we go. During that day 7 of us obviously aren’t satisfy with the staff due to the small room that they assigned to us.
One thing I like is the variety of songs and they always features the latest songs, not songs that we have sung like a hundred thousand times in the shower. You know there are some karaokes where the speaker weird screeching sound when you get too close with the mic because the room is too small? It never happens to me when i frequent redbox.
